Incentive Europe is one of the leading DMC’s in Europe. Originating in Holland as Incentive Holland, the company started in 1980. It is the oldest Incentive company in Holland. The company has expanded a lot the last few years. About 30 professionals are working daily for a variety of national and international clients. Our aim is always to deliver a top product for a reasonable price. We have –as we call it– a passion for performance. All our employees are very well aware that quality is a key factor for our success.

Incentive Europe has its headquarter in Amsterdam and offices in Barcelona, Beijing and Shenzhen. This enables us to implement our goal: Think global, act local.

In 1980 I have started business with Incentive Europe in the Netherlands and in the last 30 years we extended the company with several departments. We are very proud that we opened our Barcelona office in 2006 and since then bringing many groups to lovely Spain.
Apart from assisting events throughout the whole world, I am usually based in the Amsterdam office.
Cities I like most in Spain are Barcelona and Valencia.

Sanne Lodder, Project Manager

My roots can be found in the small but beautiful country, The Netherlands. After an internship at Incentive Europe Spain and my graduation in Tourism and Business Travel Management, I decided to stay in the great and lively city of Barcelona. The constant and great challenge I experience to make sure my clients have the best time in Spain, makes that I love my work. The languages I speak are Dutch, English, Spanish and a little German. Barcelona, Valencia & Madrid are my favorite cities. Let me incentify you!

Anna Ortlepp, Project Manager

I am a native German but living and working in Spain for more than 4 years and am very familiar with the Spanish way of life. My natural talent of organization and my studies of tourism make me managing groups easily and enjoying my work. Before working at Incentive Europe Spain I gathered experience in another Spanish DMC and a German Incentive company.
Languages I speak are German, English and Spanish. My favorite Spanish cities are Barcelona, Seville and Valencia.
